Cancellation policy
If for unforeseen reasons you cannot attend the meeting and need to cancel, please notify us.
Cancellation requests received via mail, or email before April 30, 2024, will be refunded, less a 10% processing fee of the registration fee paid.
No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after April 30, 2024.
